To secure your preferred date, we suggest booking early as our availability fills up quickly. If you require a same-day move, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Once we receive information regarding your space and the items you plan to move, we would generate a personalized quote that specifies the ideal number of trucks and movers to assist you with your move.

In general for smaller residential moves we would recommend:

Less than 800 sq. ft. – 2 movers
800 – 1200 sq. ft. – 3 movers
More than 1200 sq. ft. – 4 movers

By securing a parking spot for the moving truck, you can ensure that the moving team has easy access to your belongings and can load them into the truck quickly.

– Reserve an elevator
Reserving an elevator can help avoid delays and reduce the time required to complete the move.

– Empty your furniture
By taking the time to empty your furniture, you can save time and money by reducing the overall moving time and minimizing the potential for damages.

– Pack before moving day
Packing your belongings in advance can make the moving process faster and more efficient. It allows the movers to focus on loading and unloading the truck, rather than spending time packing items. Additionally, packing in advance can help prevent damage to your belongings, which can save you money in the long run.

– Label boxes

HaulMen’s expert movers carefully pack all fragile items, covering them with blankets and plastic wrap before loading onto the truck. Large electronics get extra protection. If you need help with packing boxes make sure to add partial or full-packing to your reservation to ensure that we come fully prepared.
